Last month, I extracted this screenshot from a 007.com set video and posted it here. Just recently, however, I received some information regarding this shot. According to my source, Quantum of Solace contains a scene featuring a CIA jet on a tarmac in Haiti. This scene, which was most likely shot at Farnborough Airport in the UK in mid-January, explains the context of the above screenshot. Who is that unidentified man standing next to Leiter, you ask? Well, I’ve heard that he’s a character named Gregg Beam (possibly played by an actor named David Harbour). I assume Beam is a fellow CIA agent but it’s not quite clear as I’m told he takes a call from M during this scene.
Everything in bold is confirmed information. The rest is either currently unverified and/or speculation.
Below is a photo of David Harbour. He looks similar to the man in the screenshot but it’s hard to tell for sure due to the screenshot’s small size and low resolution.

Stay tuned to FelixLeiter.com for the latest news on Leiter’s involvement in the 22nd James Bond film, Quantum of Solace, due out in theaters on October 31 in the United Kingdom and worldwide on November 7.
