Mr. Casey appeared in 1983′s unofficial James Bond film, Never Say Never Again, and was the first African American actor to portray Felix Leiter.

He was the first Black Felix Leither, but maybe not to Eon. Yes he did great to play Felix Leither. He gave a great sense of Humour. I was very angry that he was forgotten. But today he remembered. That why I liked Never Say Never Again to Octopussy. I seen him working with Burt Reynolds & few episodes in Police Story. HAPPY 69TH BIRTHDAY BERNIE & the Felix Leither of Never Say Never Again.
