It is available for pre-order from BearManor Media and will retail for $19.95. This publisher offers free US domestic shipping for pre-publication orders. The official release date is listed as November but it could be moved forward to October (the month we originally reported).

The Fly at Fifty was written by Diane Kachmar and David Goudsward (in collaboration with David Hedison). I’m really looking forward to reading this book and I recommend pre-ordering now so that you can take advantage of the free US domestic shipping!
